Waitlist

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to CubiCrew products. Waitlist position and early access are at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use CubiCrew hardware to harm, harass, or defraud others

Intellectual Property

CubiCrew, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Braidge AI. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Content you create using CubiCrew hardware remains yours. We claim no ownership over your data, files, or AI-generated outputs.

Hardware Ownership

When you purchase CubiCrew hardware, you own the physical device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the hardware
• Securing your device and data
• Complying with applicable laws in your use of the device

Limitation of Liability

CubiCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
