AI employees in the real world

A working session on what an AI employee actually does once it is inside a business, and what CubiCrew hands you when you sell one. Open to every Strategic Links member, no invite needed for this one.

  • The features inside CubiCrew Delivery that accelerate hiring, onboarding and integrating an AI employee
  • How CubiCrew installs an AI employee, the actual sequence from start to running
  • The behaviors inside a team that decide whether an AI employee succeeds or stalls

What you walk out with

A lead list from your own network.

Not a niche exercise. Specific businesses you already have a path to, in a tracker you keep updated weekly.

Traces routing from one source into three separate zones without crossing

The qualification script.

Role, tenure, responsibilities, how projects go, where the ceiling is. The questions that tell you whether to make the introduction.

Org chart with one gold AI employee seat among human roles

A pipeline you actually run.

Every opportunity tracked from first touch to signature, with a weekly check-in and Vince on the closing calls.

A lattice compounding from intern to worker to manager to director

Income that is not your hours.

You sell and introduce. CubiCrew builds and delivers. You earn 20% or markup revenue on what closes.

Three fifty dollar per hour strands winding into one hundred and fifty per hour

I am not teaching you to sell something I do not run.

A Claude project named vince-crm with two active scheduled jobs, a daily action list at 6 AM and an evening check-in at 9:30 PM
My own CRM employee. Two scheduled jobs, both live: a priority action list every morning at six, a check-in every night at nine thirty. This is the screen I open the demo with.

Three AI employees, and the work they do.

Every one of these started as an offer written on one page. In session one you write yours.

What happens after people start applying this

I took these prompts last week, right after I talked to you on Monday, and used it for Outlook for this program that I run. It found some really great stuff. And I was like, wow, I did all of this in an hour, where it took me and seven other people to do this.
Eugene
I like that you are taking a good, deep dive into what we're saying, and tailoring it to what we're doing. I am definitely interested in getting more depth. I have been using AI for research for a minute now, but every time I have contact with you, it just takes me one level deeper into that.

Five seats makes this a short list.

You belong here if

  • You already sell services and want a second line that does not scale with headcount.
  • You have used AI enough to be dangerous and want to charge for it.
  • You can commit to four Wednesday evenings and bring real prospects into the room.
  • You would rather leave with one sellable offer than a stack of notes.

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for a passive income script. This is client work.
  • You want to build AI products. This is about selling deployments, not shipping software.
  • You cannot show up live. Five people means every absence is 20% of the room.
  • You will not talk to a prospect in the next thirty days.

Kerry chooses the five.

Selection sits with Strategic Links, not with us. Kerry knows which members are positioned to sell this and which ones would be taking a seat they would never use. So Kerry picks the five. We build the cohort around whoever walks in.

  1. 01Request an invite with a short note on what you sell now and who you would sell this to.
  2. 02Kerry reviews requests alongside who showed up to the Tue, Sep 8 session.
  3. 03Five members are invited directly. Everyone else gets a straight answer, not silence.

Five seats, chosen not bought. Requesting an invite starts a conversation, not a checkout.

What you need in hand

Four Wednesdays. Revenue, networking, pipeline, delivery.

One group 2 hours session a week, plus a weekly 1:1 with Vince to unblock you individually. You leave every session with that week's deliverable finished, not assigned.

  1. Week 1 Revenue

AI employees and CubiCrew Delivery as new revenue

What you are actually selling, what it is worth, and where it fits alongside what you already offer. We frame the income model before we frame a single pitch, so you know your profit math on day one.

  2. Week 2 Networking

Using strategic networking to sell AI employees

How the conversation starts in a room and in a feed. The openings that work for this specific offer, and the ones that quietly kill it. You move real contacts along the warmth framework: cold, lukewarm, warm, hot.

    • Openings that work in a room and in a feed
    • Cold to lukewarm to warm to hot
    • Two to four touches, questions over pitches

Tools AI + LinkedIn + Gmail to run outreach and nurture sequences

  3. Week 3 Pipeline

Building a sales pipeline for AI employees

Turning interest into a tracked, repeatable pipeline. Stages, follow-up, and what a qualified AI employee opportunity actually looks like. You are not selling, you are qualifying and making an introduction.

    • The qualification script, line by line
    • What a qualified opportunity actually looks like
    • Discovery, alignment, signature

Tools AI + GHL or Notion to manage deals and opportunities

You ship Meeting structure, meeting script, and a pricing and offers one-pager

Vince Quarles

Founder, CubiCrew

I run CubiCrew. We deploy AI employees inside real businesses, which means I spend most of my week on the exact call you are about to learn to run: someone curious, slightly skeptical, wondering whether this is a real hire or an expensive toy.

The offer, the demo and the objection handling in this cohort are not reconstructions. They are what I use. You get them in the shape they are actually in, including the parts that took a few lost deals to figure out.

Show up, bring a real prospect in mind, and you will leave with something you can send that week.

Before you take a seat

How do the five seats get decided?

Kerry at Strategic Links makes the call, not CubiCrew. Kerry knows which members are positioned to sell this and which ones would be taking a seat they would never use. Requesting an invite starts a conversation, not a checkout.

Do I have to attend the September 8 session?

No, and it helps. The Sept 8 session is open to every Strategic Links member with no invite needed, and it is where most invite requests come from. Kerry reviews who showed up alongside the written requests.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can run a browser, a doc, and a screen share, you can do this work. The cohort is about selling the outcome, not building the plumbing.

What if I cannot make a session live?

Replays go out the same day and the group chat stays open. With five people in the room, though, live attendance is most of the value, and it is part of what Kerry weighs when selecting.

Do I need existing clients?

It helps and it is not required. Week 1 has you build the lead list from your warm network, which is where most first introductions come from anyway. Come with a market in mind.

Is this the same as the paid cohort?

No. The paid cohort teaches you to build and run an AI employee inside your own business. This one teaches you to sell that work to other people. They complement each other, and neither is a prerequisite.

Tell us who you'd sell this to.

That is the whole application. One paragraph, and Kerry takes it from there. Live on Zoom, 2 hours each, replays the same day. Training runs Wednesday, September 16, 2026 to Wed, Oct 7, then selling through January 2027. You earn 20% or markup revenue on what closes.
